Our hypnotherapy course includes motivation to exercise more. Sometimes, people get disheartened because they don´t lose weight dramatically. This is because if you can convert fat to muscle, you will become thinner and fitter but one pound of fat weighs the same as one pound of muscle, but the muscle takes up much less space. Muscle also burns more calories even when you are sitting down and relaxing. We recommend that you measure yourself to properly track the improvements in your body. Measure at least three different places on your body. Check these measurements once every two weeks and record the sizes. Motivation to exercise is strictly within the limits of what your body can achieve, without pain or stress.
