We offer a free, 20 minute video consultation with a hypnosis taster session where we can have an in-depth discussion about what you want to achieve and you can experience a short hypnosis session, where I guide you to the Garden of your Life. Here you will do some weeding, burn some rubbish and plant some special seeds that will improve your life.

How many sessions do I need?

It is difficult to give a precise answer as we are all individuals and do things at different rates. Please book just one session at a time, you might need less than the guide below. Some problems may be deep rooted and harder to deal with and require more sessions than in the guide. Below is a guide as to how many sessions you are likely to need:

Gastric Band weight loss:  4 sessions plus free monthly checkups until you reach your agreed goal weight.

Stop smoking:  2 sessions.

Pain relief: 2+ sessions.

Fears and phobias:  2 sessions.

Lack of confidence/self esteem:  2 sessions.

Passing exams/studying:  2 sessions.

Stress/anxiety/panic attacks:  2 sessions.

Hypnobirthing: 2 sessions.

Wellness:  2 sessions.
